hygge
I like to have a cozy and fun time. I pull up my wool socks to my knees, put on my comfy pajamas, drink coffee and eat chocolate while watching shows like Doctor Who or Shameless. I also like to light a candle to make the atmosphere even more cozy. This is not exactly hygge, but it's a similar idea of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I have always done something, but now I know what it is called. Even though I am doing it by myself, it is still a traditional activity. It can be one of the most calming and peaceful things a person can do for themselves. It is called a "serenity event".
